This Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Code concerning the protection of personal data. By completing the registration process, users voluntarily provide their personal data to LORETELLI DANIELA SRL, the Data Controller. The personal data submitted by users during the registration procedures for our services will be processed in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and other applicable regulations. Providing data is optional; however, failure to provide the required data (marked with an asterisk *) will prevent proper registration on the website and access to services reserved for registered users.

OBJECT OF PROCESSING

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data (such as name, surname, tax code, VAT number, email, phone number—hereinafter referred to as “personal data” or “data”) provided during the registration process on the Data Controller’s website, the subscription to the newsletter service, or when entering into service agreements with the Data Controller.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data collected through registration is processed to allow access to the services provided by the portal, reserved for registered users. If the user has provided their consent at the time of activation or subsequently (until revocation), their personal data may be processed by LORETELLI DANIELA SRL for sending promotional and commercial communications about its products and services or those of third-party companies, including through automated methods, for direct sales purposes, as well as for market research and surveys.

Additionally, if the user agrees, LORETELLI DANIELA SRL may process their personal data to identify specific behaviors and consumption habits through electronic processing to improve the services provided, tailor commercial offers to user interests, and optimize advertising campaigns for third-party advertisers. Under Article 24, letters a, b, and c of the Privacy Code and Article 6, letters b and e of the GDPR, personal data may be processed without explicit consent for the following service-related purposes:

  • Managing and maintaining the website;
  • Allowing subscription to the Data Controller’s newsletter and other requested services;
  • Fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual, and fiscal obligations;

  • Exercising the Data Controller’s rights, including legal defense.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES WITH SPECIFIC CONSENT

Under Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 of the GDPR, personal data may only be processed with explicit user consent for marketing purposes, such as:

  • Sending newsletters, commercial communications, and promotional materials via email regarding products or services offered by the Data Controller.

RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 7 OF THE PRIVACY CODE (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003)
